Apologies for missing blog day yesterday. I've been pretty busy.
Yesterday I officially announced "Settling" being available on iTunes and Amazon.com in addition to the launch of www.chrisjuneind.com
Since then I've been sending out press releases & scheming on how to build more awareness about my efforts. A few friends and family have been helping spread the gospel and I greatly appreciate it! My ad budget is pretty much nonexistent, so I'm really relying on word-of-mouth and free press to get this moving. My long term plan is to be a little less DIY as I get the revenue rolling. Specifically, hire help in the production process.
In other news, there are some shows coming up soon. I'm doing a solo/unplugged opening set for my friends on Friday 2/25 at Jerilee's in Lafayette. I'm planning on having a lot of fun. I'll be doing a set of funny cover tunes by (Bloodhound Gang, Chef, Rodney Carrington, etc). On the following night (Saturday 2/26), Chemcoma will be playing at the same location as a part of LafayetteMetal.com's Hard & Heavy Showcase. I'm planning on having a lot of fun that night too.
