It's been a good weekend. Chemcoma's new single "Something to Die for" arrived through the internet in mastered form from Grant at the Method House in Detroit. Get a free listen at http://signmeto.roadrunnerrecords.com/artists/chemcoma
It's looking like we'll shoot a video for this too. We're working out the details on this, more info to come.
I finished editing and bouncing down all the guitar and bass tracks to my song "Settling." I'll probably get busy on some vocal tracking and drum tweaks for the rest of the week.
I'm still working on booking some acoustic shows too. I put together a set of songs covering Chef, The Bloodhound Gang, Adam Sandler, Rodney Carrington, and more. It is my goal to entertain people while singing, cussing, and playing guitar. I think it'll work...
This is the source for the inside scoop on Chris June IND; including writing, recording, performing, etc. You'll get more dirt here than tweets & status updates. Typically, new blog entries get posted every Monday and whenever something too interesting to not write about happens. I’ll try to keep my entries short-winded and light-hearted. Maybe I can make them funny. We’ll see.

This is more of a test post. I intend to use this as *more or less* a music diary for peeps that keep tabs.
It's been a weekend of moving forward. I caved & got a FaceBook account. I also got my new digi003 recording interface & a mac to run it. I'm going to start getting down to biz on finishing up a few songs that I've been working on this year and figure out how I can get it out for purchase.
I have 20 days left in the year to make a dent, but I think 2011 will mark the period when I quit screwing around and become self-sufficient.
